Is it safe to use my credit card on LEADUM purchase site?
LEADUM and share-it! - Digital River have taken great precautions to ensure that your credit card information is kept secret for Online Purchases. RSA security is generally regarded as one of the strongest that is available.
How long does it take to obtain my Activation Key after I purchase a product online by credit card?
After share-it! - Digital River receives your online credit card order, it may take up to 12 hours to authorize your transaction (although most orders are fulfilled in less than 2 hours). As soon as your charge is authorized you will receive an authorization e-mail with your Activation Key. If your credit card is declined, then you will receive an e-mail indicating this. If you do not receive any e-mail within 12 hours, then there is a problem with your order. In that case, please contact us by e-mail at

How will the purchase appear on my credit card statement?

Can I pay with a purchase order?
Yes. Once we receive a purchase order from you, an invoice will be sent that will include your license activation keys. This invoice is then payable within 14 days.
My company does not allow credit card payments. How else can I purchase the software?
If you are unable to purchase with a credit card, you can purchase with a purchase order. If you've received a formal quotation from us, you can return this, signed, with a purchase order number, and we will process your payment. Alternatively, you could fax your company's purchase order to us on one of the following number +44 (0)870 063 5117 (rest of the world)
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. As all our products are supplied electronically, there are no shipping or distribution costs.
Will I receive a boxed package or CD?
No. We distribute all our software electronically so that we are able to keep costs down for our customers.
When will I receive the product if I pay via a credit card or purchase order?
As soon as your order is processed, no matter which method of payment you choose, you will receive an email that will contain invoice information (if you pay by credit card, this will show as paid) and will contain the activation keys that you have purchased. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
Can I purchase one license now and purchase more later?
Yes. Please email us with details of what you have, and what you would like, for pricing information.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
If you are unhappy with the product, please contact us and we will do our best to solve the problem for you.
If, within the first 30 days of your purchase, you are unsatisfied and we have been unable to resolve the issues you have been having, we will refund the amount you've paid, on the understanding that you will destroy any licenses received, and uninstall the software. Outside of this period (more than 30 days after purchase) any refunds will be at Red Gate's sole discretion.
Do you use part numbers?
We do use codes to identify our products throughout the shopping/quoting processes.
How do I activate my products after purchase?
Once you've received your license keys, you will be able to activate your products. You will need to enter your key into the appropriate place in the software, and you will then have the choice to activate via the Internet.
